Amazing quality and customer service

I have the previous model of this briefcase and absolutely love it. The standard size case even fits my 16” MacBook Pro, which was a pleasant surprise! When I had an issue with the strap clasps coming apart, the company responded immediately and provided excellent options for resolution. I was also thrilled to see that they truly take the feedback they receive and update their designs accordingly. It’s awesome to support a female-led brand that sincerely cares about the user experience. They’ve got a customer for life in me!

Classy and luxurious bag

Overall the bag is very well made. The leather is thick and of high quality, which gives the bag a very classy and luxurious look. I love that although the bag has a sense of pure luxury, its also super practical and durable for every day use.

The bag fits all my everyday essentials as a student who carries: lunch, water, a laptop and books etc.
