The sisters behind BY BANOO
BY BANOO was derived from the lack of chic and functional work accessories, designed with the businesswoman in mind.
The brand was founded by two sisters from Sweden with Iranian roots. When Persheng started working as a management consultant, she found it nearly impossible to find a work bag that combined style, quality, and function.
Together with her sister Perdica - a medical doctor - they decided to pause their promising careers to solve that problem. The result was BY BANOO, built on a core mission: to create the optimal work bags and accessories for the modern careerist.

Every new design begins with a real need - and the belief that you should never have to choose between the two.
Our mission
A customer once told us, "I saw a woman carrying a BY BANOO briefcase, and my instant thought was, 'I wonder what she's working with.'"
This is exactly what we are building: a movement of female role models that lays the foundation for future independence and equality, for generations to come. Making powerful women visible, bringing them to the front for all women to see. When you see each other, it's easy to recognize.
